Why is my delivery taking so long?
To be sustainable, we only produce after receiving an order. We don't have any items in stock for you right away. Therefore, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Can I wash my plastic fashion?
Plastic absorbs little dirt and odors, so we recommend airing it out regularly. Coarser dirt can be wiped off with a damp cloth. We recommend hand washing in cold water.
(maximum 30°C) with a splash of dishwashing liquid for shine.
Can I exchange my product?
Since we make your order especially for you (color and size), exchanges are unfortunately not possible. However, please feel free to contact us if you have any problems; we're sure to find a solution.
Where will my order be produced?
Other plastic fashion is often imported to Europe from Asia as cheap mass-produced goods. Not so with us: We produce in Germany – in our small studio in Solingen.
